These eff orts aim to create more sustainable and livable urban environments.However, as cities increasingly prioritize sustainability within their economic growth strategies, the link between environmental improvements and gentrifi cation has become more evident. In particular, greening initiatives can catalyze and signify gentrification, intersecting with city policies, housing market dynamics, and real estate development.
