This course allows students to explore the integration of spoken and written words into interactive performances and art installations.It will offer an experimental playground for using speech recognition and live transcription technologies, allowing spoken language to be translated to text in real-time.The use of voice in performances bridges symbolic and embodied experiences, and allows the artist to practice through poetic, satirical, and political expressions.
